Rescheduling: You may reschedule your discovery call up to 2 times, provided that you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you fail to give us the required notice, we reserve the right to administratively cancel the call, and it will be non-refundable.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your discovery call, you must request the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled call time. If you do so, you will receive a full refund. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee. This fee will be deducted from the initial purchase price, and you will not receive a refund.
No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled discovery call and fail to give us any notice, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee. This fee will be deducted from the initial purchase price, and you will not receive a refund.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your schedule. However, we kindly ask that you give us sufficient notice in case of rescheduling or cancellation to avoid any additional fees or charges.
